Item name: Handmade soaps

Made by: Wild Sage & Co

Bought from: Wild Sage & Co

Based in Herefordshire, Wild Sage & Co is a small family-run business,  founded in 2013, selling handmade soaps and skin balms derived solely from natural ingredients.

Their simple but spot on aims read: “We believe skin care should be simple with ingredients derived from nature. We are committed to reducing our plastic waste where ever possible, and to decreasing our impact on the environment.”

You can find their products for sale via a growing selection of market stalls, zero waste shops and online eco retailers.

We tried a lovely selection of the company’s lovely soaps, known as the “5 Soap Gifter”.

In each box you get 5 small bars, one each of

  • Lavender + Geranium
  • Frankincense + Orange
  • Cedarwood + Green Clay
  • Rosemary + Tea Tree
  • Lemongrass + Tea Tree
  • Plus a Cotton muslin soap saver bag

We’ve bought these lovely sets half a dozen times as gifts. They are definitely among the most attractive options you’ll come across.

In short, a fantastic brand and beautiful products. Highly recommend and along with Gower Lavender and Friendly Soap, one of our go to soaps.

  • Struggling… if we were being super picky, we could do without the metal (recyclable) gift tin.
